Double bed + futon can accommodate a couple with two young children or a third adult. Unfortunately, this unit is not geared to accommodate two adult couples.

South facing, elevated and close to the water, the view is postcard worthy!

Sitting under an overhang, the walk-out front balcony (inaccessible from outside) makes a great place to enjoy your morning nectar of the Gods, read a book, watch a lightning storm, etc...

A lower deck boasts an 8' X 10' carpeted & screened (May to mid Aug) gazebo with a table propane fireplace.
You'll also find a 3 burner BBQ and plenty of room.

The lower cement patio & your own dock allow more sun exposure to please the lounging sun worshippers!

Tap water is potable well water pulled from the main cottage.

This guesthouse is adjacent to the property owner's cottage. Nevertheless, you will enjoy the entire space to yourself as it appears to be your own property. However, the garage and nearby wood burning fire pit are off limits!
