Upstairs, you'll find a King bed in the master suite with Ens and WIR, two queen-sized bedrooms (one with WIR), and one single-sized bedroom (which can sleep two on a full sized trundle), along with a full bathroom with bath and shower. The main bedroom features a smart TV, a laptop work area, and a spacious ensuite, while each room has plenty of storage space for suitcases and shopping!

Our stunning home is the perfect choice for travelers who want to experience the vibrant energy of Adelaide without compromising on location. You'll be within easy reach of many attractions, restaurants, and cultural experiences, including easy walking distance to famous Plant 4, and Jarmers Kitchen and cafes on Hawkers Rd.

The house is fully stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, wifi, fresh linens, and towels every stay, ensuring you have everything you need to indulge in the ultimate Adelaide experience.

All areas of the house are open to guests, but as there are many luxury surfaces and everything is brand new, we kindly ask you to take special care when staying. We do not believe that the property is suitable for kids aged 1 year old to 5 years old, due to the stairs.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
