Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated across the road from Federation Square and only 400 meters away from Flinders St railway station.
Only a stone throw away from Collins St, De Graves St and more!
A short 12-15 min walk to the Rod Laver Arena, Hisense Arena, AAMI Park & The Melbourne Cricket Ground.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.
I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated only 400 meters away from Flinders St station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
There is also a tram stop just outside on Flinders St.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lots are available at “LE GARAGE CAR PARK” - 114 Flinders st which is just a minute walk away from us, or “WILSON PARKING” - Federation Square, which is a 4min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note:
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.
A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.
Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.
This pad accommodates 3 adults generously but a max of 5 overnight. Any more than 3 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$14 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 4th & 5th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a queen with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.
The 3-seater sofa bed measurements:
- Width: 220cm
- Depth: 100cm
- Height: 80cm
- Seat depth: 70cm
- Seat height: 45cm
- Bed width: 150cm

I only interact with guests via AirBnb, What'sApp, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant.

The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.
