The Space:
Nestled in a central and premier location of Mexico City in the Roma NTE neighborhood, this stylish apartment provides a welcoming haven after a day of city exploration. It’s a vibrant area, close to everything but not within the area of the hustle and bustle of bars and restaurants. Whether you wish to explore the nearby cafes, take leisurely walks along the charming tree-lined streets, or embark on adventures to discover the wealth of nearby attractions, you'll find it all right here. Additionally, this modern building offers underground parking, an elevator, security, and all the other conveniences, making it a great option for a long-term stay.

Situated on the first floor, this 150 m2 apartment has soft touches of color, tasteful decor, and some important extras to make you feel right at home. The living area includes a cozy sofa and seating facing a wall-mounted Smart TV that can connect to your streaming accounts, allowing you to enjoy relaxing downtime at home.

The kitchen is super spacious, with lots of counter space for easy meal prep and all the essentials you’ll need to prepare meals at home. Between the kitchen and sitting area, there’s a lovely dining table where you can share a meal or work on your laptop if needed. The apartment also has an in-home washer and dryer.

There’s a bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds, each with an ensuite full bathroom and an additional half bathroom, to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The beds are adorned with quality linens and plush pillows, and the rooms have room-darkening shades to help ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Within this district, you'll discover a multitude of cafes, restaurants, and bars serving an array of international cuisines. Additionally, green spaces, such as the iconic Parque México, offer tranquil settings for leisurely strolls. Roma's distinctive blend of history, creativity, and modernity has solidified its status as a cherished and vibrant destination within Mexico City.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Mexico City International Airport (MEX), about 12.5 km or 7.8 miles away. There is underground assigned parking. As a means of transport nearby, you’ll have the metro, Metrobus, bicycles, scooters and Uber.
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. For stays longer than 2 weeks, an intermediate cleaning that the guest must cover is mandatory.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
- Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. An additional charge of $20 USD will be charged for service animals to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of one pet per property is allowed.
