Nestled in the highly desirable Eagle Point neighborhood, near the Village and walking distance to the lake. Great for enjoying your next family & friends mountain vacation. Just a short drive to the ski resorts, golf course, Alpine Zoo, Snow Play, and National Forest hiking trails. A bright and lovely cabin perfect for any group!

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 2000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, beautiful natural rock wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan. Third bedroom has a queen bed and deck access. Fourth bedroom has 2 sets of twin/twin bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Foosball table. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Stereo with record player, CD player, and Bluetooth. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - NEW Hot Tub! Back patio with furniture, fire pit, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the spacious back deck and large fenced yard.
