This beautiful oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, upper duplex located on the boardwalk has gorgeous views of the ocean, Balboa Pier, Catalina Island and sunsets. This upper unit has a fireplace, BBQ, gourmet kitchen and laundry room. The master suite has a king bed and beautifully tiled bathroom with a luxurious tub and a separate walk-in shower, both with bay views! The next bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a king. The home has 2 tandem car spots in the garage.

The view from the top deck is fantastic. Perfect place to watch all of the Junior Lifeguard Action! The amenities were sufficient for cooking in when needed. Great open area for hanging out with family. The waves at C street can get quite large. Just be aware when swimming with small children. Great location for fun zone, and fairy to Balboa Island. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, on the beach, near the pier. I would have expected the place to be cleaner, especially during COVID. There was dirt and dust, which could have been prevented by a minor wipe down. Pilot light was out upon arrival, so no hot water for a full day, they said due to a faulty gas valve. I would suggest bringing your own sheets and towels as they are very low grade.

I was able to call Burr White and they quickly found a new rental for me that was fantastic. The staff at Burr White was exceptional. They were professional and efficient, and the property was perfect. Great location on the beach, but within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the harbor etc. The property was immaculate and well stocked with everything we could need. Super comfortable. Skip VRBO and just call Burr White.

The beds are comfortable, it has all of the furnishings and kitchenware needed, and it has a clean and comfortable beach feel, not to mention the views from the 2nd level are amazing. Its a short walk to the Balboa Pier and restaurants, and far enough away that the beach in front of the house doesn't get too crowded.

Panoramic views from the great room plus every bedroom has view of beach or bay. Nicely appointed. Double car garage, bikes, chairs, towels, TV in every room. Spacious with a wonderful vibe. Walking distance to Balboa Peer and Fun Zone and local restaurants. Didn't drive for 3 days! Reduced pedestrian traffic in front of home since its passed the peer. We would recommend this place to any family or couples for a getaway. It is on the 2nd level so stairs are part of this home. Needs a little TLC but overall we loved it. Plan to go back! Diane at BWR was great!
