4 Night Stay
Two issues that were brought to the attention of the management upon check-in went unheeded. Garage door code was never fixed and management did not respond to the failure of disclosing the major construction directly across from the property. Further, beach towels, chairs, etc. are not provided through this management company which others we have previously rented with do include such items. Kitchen supplies were not very complete either. Decent location and unit was relatively clean just a bit rough around the edges. Would not rent again for the price and especially if the construction which starts at 7am. was made known beforehand which it should have.

Can't Beat the Location
This was a very nice rental home in a beautiful part of the Balboa peninsula. Our bayside second floor views were spectacular and we loved watching the boats pass by and the families enjoying the beach. The location couldn't be more perfect, close to the Newport Pier and all is has to offer. The home was very nice with most everything we needed. We were disappointed with the quality of the wifi in the home; many times we were kicked off and the signal strength was low to moderate. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Wonderful family vacation
We loved our week at this bayfront property. The house was very well kept, with a fully stocked kitchen. The proximity to the bay could not have been better. We did hear some construction from the hotel behind the property but nothing that disrupted our day-to-day. I would recommend they add a screen to the slider door to prevent the bugs from coming into the kitchen, but otherwise, the home was perfect - we look forward to returning next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous location, view and surrounding things to do within walking distance. Wonderful to be looking directly over the harbor while the ocean was just a block or two away. The house was recently renovated & had extremely comfortable beds & couches, with a lot of space to move around in. The only slight downside if I had to name something would be that I would have hoped for a more thorough deep clean (bathroom drawers/cupboards were not ‘ready’ to put personal articles in them without a Clorox wipe down. Staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive/helpful.
