About this property

New to the 2017 rental market. Bright and cheery house with tile and bamboo flooring and plantation shutters. The mostly wooded, landscaped back yard is a peaceful, natural backdrop for the screened heated pool area (extra charge for pool). The master bedroom (king) with ensuite offers privacy from other bedrooms. The walk-in shower is over-sized and there is plenty of closet space. The other 2 bedrooms (queen; two twins/TV) are separated by a full bath and there is a door to close off this area from the rest of the house for more privacy. This property is on a quiet street yet close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and the Cape Haze Pioneer Bike Trail.

Great stay, very clean,loved the house

Great location for us to visit family in Englewood. Pool was very nice and minutes from beaches. House was very clean and owners were very nice to deal with. We will be booking again if available next year!

Quiet and relaxing

My family and I just spent a week at this lovely house. It was clean, plenty of linens, kitchen needs, and comfortable beds. My teenage granddaughters enjoyed the pool every day. We paid the extra for pool heat and it was money well spent. We would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway

We stayed here this past week. The house is even better than pictured with the Kitchen being redone. Everything was super clean and in perfect condition. The owners were very quick to respond to the minor issues we had with the TV as well as the pool light. We highly recommend staying here my family enjoyed this property. The pool and covered lanai were probably our favorite part of the house. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area. If you come to Rotunda West this is a must stay property!

Beautiful house

three important points of the house: -very clean -exactly as described -bikes available to visit a beautiful trail (we loved the recommendation) We loved our stay and would definitely return! (but next time we would ask to make the pool water a little warmer because it was slightly cold for a night bath).

Wonderful Property

We had a great stay. The location is close to dining, shopping, and best of all several beautiful beaches. The house and pool were very nice. We should stay there again in a heartbeat!

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this home. Owners are very responsive. Everything you need for a home away from home is there. The pool was great. We drove to the beaches on Boca Grande and spent a lot of time on the island shopping, dining and fishing in the Pass.

Amazing

Great location from all the major beaches. Owners are great to work with and communicate well. Pool was great defiantly worth the extra to heat the pool for our stay. Very remote and quite neighborhood. We will defiantly stay here again on our next visit.
