Come and stay at this spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment. Located in the heart of Phillip, the location is everything with this one. It is just a 5 minute walk to Canberra Hospital, and comes with 1 dedicated carport space.
It comes with 1 Queen bed, washing machine & tumble dryer, and a corner bath to relax in!

This apartment has an open plan kitchen/living/dining space. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and stove.

The bathroom has a large corner bathtub with shower over the bath. Also in there is the laundry with washing machine & tumble dryer.

The bedroom features a Queen bed and spacious wardrobe.

Guests have exclusive use of the whole apartment.

There is one dedicated carport space for our guests.

A few things to note:
- It is a ground floor apartment, with just a few small steps up to the front patio where the front door is.
- It doesn't have built-in heating/cooling. We provide portable heating and fans. It is well shaded so doesn't get the direct summer heat.
- The kitchen is well-equipped, though please note there is no dishwasher.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
