The living room is complimented with ample seating, colorful decor, and a Smart TV. From here you can access the patio equipped with outdoor seating, and BBQ. - There is parking space for 2 small cars in front of the property, additional first come first serve street parking available.
- A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- There is a Ring doorbell attached to the front door - the camera audio/video records for security purposes.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $25 per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price so if you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance.

The Villa is located in Point Venture, a resort community on the north shore of Lake Travis. The property is located under an hour from Austin, giving guests the opportunity to truly see and do it all.

This Villa will be stocked with a weekend supply bathroom items such as soap, shampoo as well kitchen items including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and garbage bags. Please plan accordingly based on your usage and length of stay.
