The house is nested in a quiet street with ample free parking and 2km from the recently renovated Karrinyup shopping Centre.
Nearby there are two popular wave kite launching spots - South Trigg Beach (1.4km) and Brighton Beach (1.9km).
The house is decorated in minimalistic Scandi style with modern appliance and extra comfy beds.
