PROPERTY DETAILS: 3 bedrooms - Queen, Queen, 2 x Singles. All bedding is supplied. A portacot supplied if required (BYO bedding for the cot). A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and 'pod' coffee machine (some Nespresso pods provided). A dining / lounge room with large TV and DVD. RC Split air conditioning in lounge/dine. Bedrooms have heating. Excellent off street parking for multiple vehicles and boat. A bathroom with large shower. Outdoor deck area with rear ramp for easy access to the house. A front load washing machine and dryer is supplied. All bookings will include - fresh quality bed linen and bath towels (except for the porta cot), limited breakfast provisions supplied. Pets not permitted.
NOTE: if 2 guests use more than one bed, a $20 laundry surcharge will apply
DIRECTIONS: Make your way to Minlaton, and continue south along the main street; The Provincial is the last building in the main street, Cnr Main Street and South Terrace.
