While renters aren't permitted to use the boat lifts, there's 21 feet of dockage available between them, complete with a fish-cleaning station and power outlets for added convenience. Inside, the cozy interior boasts a well-appointed living space featuring a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The dining area comfortably accommodates four guests, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom offers a tranquil haven with a plush queen bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom provides a cozy retreat with a full-size bed. A second bathroom with a bath/shower combo ensures ample space for all guests.

The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. No pets. During peak months, we may require a minimum of 24 hours to clean between rentals.
