Tucked along Greenwood Lake's East Arm in a quiet no-wake zone, this 5-bedroom lake house has a sprawling lawn to enjoy the outdoors, sunset views over the mountains, and a dock to launch kayaks and paddle boards. Refurnished in 2023, the spacious interior is casually elegant and offers everything from a game room and a gourmet kitchen to a bedroom suite with deck. Minutes from wineries, breweries, Legoland, skiing, orchards, outlet shopping, farm markets and more with beach pass provided.

Outdoor:
Weber propane grill, fire pit, waterfront with a dock out to the lake, hot tub, ample outdoor seating, and a spacious back yard with yard games like croquet and cornhole provided. There is also a large back deck and a private deck off the king-sized bedroom with gorgeous views of the water and nearby mountain ranges.

Kayaks and paddleboards can be rented just around the corner at Sunnyside Landing! Feel free to dock your rented kayaks and paddle boards at Blue Heron Cove for your convenience.

Boats can also be rented for the day at nearby Greenwood Lake Marina! Please do not dock rented boats at Blue Heron Cove’s dock.
