The Space:
Primary Bedroom:
King-size bed, spacious ensuite bath with bathtub and rain shower, separate steam shower, double vanity, extra large walk-in closet, smart TV and lounge in master, and large master balcony.

Guest Room:
Bunk bed with twin over full, work desk, smart TV, large ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet.

Guest room:
Full-size bed, walk-in closet, large ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and balcony.

Guest Room:
Located on the first floor, Murphy bed pull-down, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom.

Kitchen:
Extra large chef's kitchen with gourmet appliances, coffee station, dishwasher, double oven, cooktop, microwave, and large stainless steel fridge. Counter seating for 5 and table seating for 8.

Living Room:
Large smart TV, pool table, sectional seating, and waterfront views.

Exterior:
Large pool with hot tub, alfresco dining table, outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and 4 sun loungers.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole home. No spaces are shared.

The Neighborhood:
Private luxury home located in the finger streets in the Las Olas neighborhood. Centrally located within a few minute drive to the beach, popular shopping and restaurants!

Getting Around:
Sightseeing in Fort Lauderdale is a feature one should never miss, therefore, we highly recommend having a vehicle while visiting Fort Lauderdale. Uber and taxis are readily available.

Other Things to Note:
Please message our team and speak with the Home Manage before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. The 'Reservation fee' is our non-refundable credit card processing fee.

To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.

1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.

3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations.

4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.

5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.

7) Day of Arrival:
Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.

8) Check-In:
We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team.

Check Out:
Our check-out time is 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance.

9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

10) Pre Stocking:
We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests.

Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
