Public entry to the lake near by, close to the Cabot Trail as well as many other hiking trails. Open all year round with access to snowmobiling trails to jet you to the Highlands National Park. Hilltop Haven resides 9km west of the Village of Baddeck above the Bras d'Or Lake on a peaceful 3 acre parcel of land. Tranquil, private and boasting amazing sunrises & sunsets, its nestled in nature and wildlife. The house is spacious (2900sf) with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room with wood burning stove, dining area and a screened in sunroom.
Finished basement with additional seating and entertainment area, great for the kids. Queen sized pull out to accommodate a group of 8. There is a large raised deck for lounging, cooking & dining with your family & friends as well as a firepit area in the front yard.
Public access to the water and boat launch area is a short distance away. Great for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. The Village of Baddeck offers artisan shops, exquisite local fare, fresh seafood and entertainment.
