Welcome to Tu Casa! 2 bedroom 1 bath 1000 sq ft. garden suite in beautiful Cordova Bay. Quick assess to Hwy 17 for easy trips to Downtown Victoria, Airport & Ferries, Butchart Gardens, Butterfly Gardens, Sidney, UVIC, Camosun College, hospitals & more. The suite has large windows bringing in natural light & garden views and a private covered patio. Main bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom a Queen. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, K-cup coffee maker, full size oven, microwave, 4 slice toaster & toaster oven. Plenty of closets and in-suite laundry room with full size washer/dryer. WIFI & Roku TV. Driveway parking available. Owner lives upstairs. (Guests must be age 13 + and max 4 people.)

Perfect for us.

Three of us stayed for a week in this lovely suite and would recommend it for 3 or 4 people. Beds were very comfy and there was lots of room in the common areas for us to prepare meals and visit. Everything we needed was there. It’s on a quiet street; and we walked around the neighbourhood many times. The host was very easy to reach, and responded to my questions promptly. Highly recommend this space!

The place was perfect for the 4 of us. Internet was great - 3 users. Beds …. Perfecto. More than enough good dished, pots and pans etc. Thanks. Next visit to Victoria we’ll be back!

Great place to stay

This property is fabulous and a great location. Cheryl is a great host, it feels very welcoming, the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Cannot say enough nice things about Tu Casa. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Victoria.

Wonderful Place

Such a beautiful home. Loved all the nice landscaping in the front and backyard. Very quiet and peaceful and nice neighborhood. Pretty lakes, beach and cute shopping market close by. Owners were very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Wonderful!

This property was perfect for me, my husband and is 83-year old mom here for a UVic convocation for our daughter. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet suite with all the amenities we needed in a great neighbourhood. Easy highway access made it a breeze to get around. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again!

A Quiet Oasis in Beautiful Cordova Bay, Victoria

If you are looking for a quiet oasis in beautifully maintained surroundings and neighborhood, Tu Casa is the place for you! It is conveniently located and easy to find, close to Cordova Bay beach and to the main freeway that will take you to downtown Victoria and the inner harbor. The lovely 2 bedroom suite is well appointed, clean and comfortable and has everything you would need for an extended stay. The king-sized mattress and bedding in the primary bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped to make this your home away from home. Cheryl is a very attentive host and quickly responded to any inquiries, but was also very respectful of my privacy. She even provided a little snack basket which was much appreciated during my short stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay here again!
