LOCATION – As hidden and peaceful as you can get and still a 1-mile walk on the beach or ride on a free trolley to 30 bars and restaurants. The private beach path is just 8-steps across a sandy lane then 90 steps on a path of grass and sand. This may be the quietest apt complex west of Midnight Pass and your unit is closest to the beach. Truly a favorite with experienced Siesta Key travelers. A free trolley is available if you get tired of walking on the sand. The trolley runs morning until evening to all Siesta Key's top attractions and is just a 2-minute walk.

DINING & ENTERTAINMENT - It's just 1-mile to all the best of the Siesta Key Village and Siesta Key Village South and 1.3 miles to the main Village. Fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even waterfront dining are all nearby.

ECO ACTIVITIES - Snorkeling, kayaking, and exploring at Point of Rocks is just 1 mile down the beach. You can swim or “often” wade to Point of Rocks, a naturally occurring limestone reef with white sand on its beach and snorkeling and kayaking in front. Popular with dolphin, chameleon, miniature conch and the “occasionally” giant-conch or sea turtle.

BEACH GEAR - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings. We provide beach towels and beach chairs at every location, umbrellas and carts at most locations, and do not provide snorkeling gear at any locations. Sorry for the confusion. Snorkeling gear can be rented or purchased nearby. Events are not allowed at this location.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Payments are 50% refundable when canceled at least 60 days before arrival. Payments are not refundable when canceled less than 60 days before arrival. Events or gatherings involving outside guests are only allowed with prior approval from the management.
