With completely redone bathrooms, a primary bedroom on the top level, and fully furnished accommodations, plus ground-level parking and storage, this property offers convenience and comfort. The first bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

This unit has a crows nest, which is a small balcony on the roof with FANTASTIC views on the gulf.

Community Pool is currently out of order. Estimated completion date is November 1st, 2024, but host cannot offer any guarantee it will be completed by that date and will accept no liability or offer any compensation for unavailability of this amenity. Please contact host for more details.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.
