Placed on the fourth floor with lift access and a sunny northwest aspect, it features a spacious living room with an enormous 77 inch flat-screen TV parked in front of double and single electric recliner lounges that offer the ultimate cinema experience.
Glass sliding doors open to a large covered terrace that comes complete with a four seat alfresco dining table and views to the mountains and district that light up at night.
There’s a separate dining room with a timber table seating five that adjoins a deluxe stone island kitchen with an integrated dishwasher, double-door fridge/freezer and all the cooking essentials.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms with king bed in each bedroom and mirrored built-in wardrobes. If required, one of the king beds can be split in to 2 king singles. If that's a better option for you please let us know when you make your reservation. The main bedroom features an ensuite, and the bathrooms are ultra-modern and beautifully styled.
Additional features include a basement security car space with lift access, internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, ducted air conditioning, double glazed windows , USB ports in the bedrooms and oak parquetry flooring.
Grab some steak and a bottle of vino and take the lift to the beautifully landscaped rooftop common terrace with a barbecue facility and 360-degree views over the city, the Derwent River and Mount Wellington … the sunsets are incredible.
Managed by a specialist Airbnb company, it is professionally cleaned after each guest vacates and all sheets and bedding are maintained by a contract linen supplier.

Step out the door and its only footsteps to cafes, the highly rated Templo restaurant (book in advance) and a regular bus service to the city, however, being so close, you’re more likely to enjoy a leisurely stroll down the street.
The city centre is filled with historic buildings, galleries, eateries and wine bars, and it's only a minute or two further to the riverside where you’ll find the iconic Constitution Dock and Hobart Wharf where the ferry to MONA departs.
The docks sit right next to Salamanca Place, a waterside entertainment hub renowned for its world-class fine-dining and vibrant hotspots, it also plays host to the iconic Salamanca Market that opens every Saturday from 8.30am to 3pm where people flock from around Tasmania and interstate to sample fresh produce from local growers, hot coffee, delicious breakfast and lunch options, lots of gift ideas and locally made products with the makers, artisans, designers and producers all on hand to talk you through it.
Kunanyi/Mount Wellington is only a short drive away. It’s an idyllic place to get a taste of the Tassie wilderness and gain perspective on Hobart’s topography while soaking in simply breathtaking panoramas over the city and the Derwent River shimmering its way towards the coast.

The apartment is in the heart of the city so you can walk to many attractions, however we also recommend exploring beautiful Southern Tasmania by car.
