Two separate bedrooms, one with a King size bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds
This apartment comes with one allocated parking space (2 meter max height restriction) in a secure communal parking area with lift access from carpark

Bedroom 1 - King bed, bedside lamps, mirrored wardrobe, independent air conditioning unit and block out blinds in the Bedroom - all linen is supplied for your stay
Bedroom 2 - twin single beds, bedside lamp, open wardrobe and block out blinds in the Bedroom - all linen supplied for your stay
Family Bathroom comprising of bath tub, shower over bath tub, vanity with mirror, hairdryer & separate WC – all towels are supplied (including pool towels)
Laundry area with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board for your own use - toiletries, toilet paper are supplied to get you started with your stay, however, they are not intended to last the full duration
Lounge / dining - relax on our brand new lounge and watch your Favorite movies on our SMART TV 55", just bring your own password for your streaming account as (fast) WIFI available for free. Large desk/dedicated work space. Lounge is open plan and leads into a relaxed dining area set for four persons

The apartment is set in a Quiet Family apartment complex in a relaxed environment, absolutely no events and no loud music
Our private apartment is located in a serviced apart-hotel building along with other private hosts. In the lobby is a reception desk, this is for guests of Nesuto apartments who also operate within the building, who we have no affiliation with, if you require any information about facilities within the complex or the Perth area, your hosts are on hand to help and are only a message away
