This home is a 2-unit dwelling. Tenants live in the basement unit with a separate entrance. You will have the entire main floor and a private front door entrance. There is no access between the units.

Guests can take advantage of the Smart TV by logging into their preferred streaming platform or casting from their phone. There is no cable or satellite.

There are no laundry facilities in the unit. However, there are multiple laundromats within a 6-minute drive that also offer pick up/drop off services. Stays over 7 days can choose to have bedding and towels washed weekly.
