Beach Time is a fabulous, newly-remodeled luxury oceanfront home in Gleneden Beach, Oregon.
minutes south of Lincoln City and nine minutes north of Depoe Bay. As Featured on HGTVs Beach Hunters!

This low bank vacation rental sits directly above the beach and has its own private path leading
down to the sand. This two-story home has four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath.
There are two primary bedroom suites at Beach Time, each with a king bed and sweeping views
of the beach and ocean. The middle bedroom has a queen bed with an ocean view, and the
last large bedroom holds two full beds, each in its own curtained-off private alcove, plus one
set of twin bunk beds. The large kitchen is well stocked with beautiful granite countertops and
offers everything you need to make your family meals, including a double oven, a gas fire
burner stove, chef knives, two coffee pots, a crockpot, and a blender! This home is also equip with an EV charging station for your convenience.

Beach Time is not only in an amazing location, but also offers a hot tub, BBQ, satellite TV, four HD flat screen TVs,
DVR/DVD/Blu-Ray players, a stereo, full-sized washer and dryer and Wi-Fi. Cozy up
with some wine next to the gas fireplace and watch the storms roll in off the ocean during the
winter months, or play on the warm sandy beach when the sun is out.

At low tide, Gleneden Beach has fantastic agate hunting for those who like beachcombing. Whales are often spotted
right out the windows of this house, and the Whale Watching Center is just 10 minutes away in
Depoe Bay. Want to do a little shopping? The tourist town of Depoe Bay has great window
shopping, and the Lincoln City Outlets in the center of Lincoln City has everything you're looking
for while on vacation.

Great setup

Beautiful house, spacious, and a great set up for a family. Liked that the hot tub was not tucked away and had a great view of the ocean. Beach access was a plus.

Beautiful location and great house

My husband and I rented this vacation property for a birthday stay, and were very pleased with the stunning views overlooking the waves. Positives: The rocks down to the beach were a little difficult, but fine for us. Great to be just steps away! The living room was very comfortable and we loved the fireplace since it was rainy and cold while we stayed. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the items needed. The heating system was easy to use (google nest). The house has nice decor and good functional space. Negative: The code provided to unlock the door did not work, so we had to use the alternative method of getting the key out of the lock box (which is difficult!). After settling in, we were looking all over for full size towels, but only found floor mats and washcloths placed in each bathroom. Finally we found 5 freshly washed (not good quality) towels still in the dryer, not folded. If I wanted to deal with laundry I can do that at home. The bed covers were also of poor quality in my opinion for the price point of this house. The one in the queen size bedroom had an weird odor. And another reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is because we moved the sofa a bit to have more room between it and the stairwell, only to find two pieces of beef jerky and other gross dirt underneath. We had to clean that! And last neither of us found the beds to be very comfortable, but I realize that is a personal preference. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Great Family Vaca

We came to Oregon for a family vacation & this home made it even better! Very cute cozy home but with room for everyone of all ages! The view is absolutely incredible with easy access to the beach just a hope skip and a jump down a small path and your there! Our kids lived on the beach and didn’t want to leave! Thank you for making our family vaca amazing we defer y will be back time and time again!

Started getting bites 3 days into our stay. All over our stomachs, face, and chest.

The view was amazing and the ocean access, while a bit rocky, was awesome. The restaurants and entertainment with fun shops was not far off either. Much fun was had. We had two families there ranging from 6-70 and there was enough for everyone. The disappointing thing was that we were bitten dozens of times by something in the house. I would stay clear of this destination for a while as they address why. We had to disinfect everything because we were not sure what it was. This made the rest of our 7 day stay very stressful and the return home even more so. Thank you,

Great views, some downsides in other areas.

There were definitely beautiful views and it was nice to have direct beach access. Downsides: There was a distinct mildew smell predominantly upstairs in the main bedroom. Also the drapery panels had rusted making them unsightly. And one of the panels was missing entirely. The hot tub lock had rusted making it inaccessible as you couldn’t open it. The neighbors to the north have a spotlight to light up the beach path which is very intense. They left it on for a good part of my stay making it very bright and difficult to sleep especially with the missing drapery panel. There is not one beach towel in the home even though this is a beach house. They did not provide any windex or surface cleaning products at all so if you are cooking meals or cleaning up you will need to purchase your own. All they provided was one very cheap sponge and a tiny sample size bottle of Dawn. There was not one additional paper towel roll… again I had to purchase myself. You have to drive through a trailer park that is only a block or two from the house to get to the property. Pro: the staff assisted me in forwarding a FedEx to me that was delivered late after my departure and was very accommodating in that regard.

Ocean front and room for all

Great beachfront location. The living space was large enough to accommodate 10 adults for meals, puzzles and watching the ocean! Loved the 2 master suites as well.

Nice house - right on The beach with a private walkway down to the ocean.

The house was very nice and looks just like the pictures. There were 8 of us and we were comfortable. We did have to go purchase TP, paper towels, dishwashing liquid. When we did not have the marine layer (which was pretty much everyday) the views from the house were amazing! The fireplace was a plus.

Absolutely stunning property! My only complaint is the private path to the beach is treacherous, def not suitable for young and old, but luckily there is easy beach access a block away.

Perfect beach house

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of two families with teen kids. The access to the beach is easy directly in front of the house, the beach is quiet, the hot tub was clean & with the view of the ocean was so nice to relax in, furniture was comfortable and enough seating for everyone, the grill worked great and the house was laid out to be so comfortable for both families. We highly recommend!

Tremendous views, Second Stay

We stayed here in November 2021, and again in May 2022. We loved the place so much we came back. The views from the living room and bedrooms are fantastic. The kitchen is well appointed, and the house is nicely appointed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Short but sweet

The rental was simple, but wonderful. The location and views made this property off the charts. The only thing we would have changed… the hot water was SCALDING. Kids and adults alike got burned. In the kitchen sink, we never could find “warm” water - either practically boiling or cold. Also, there were only 2 dishwasher pods for a four day stay with 12 people - so definitely not enough. Similarly, only a couple of hand towels in the kitchen. These are minor suggestions for an improved experience for future guests, overall - it was a lovely stay!

Amazing!!!

Beach Time was so much more than I expected!!! The house was perfect for our group of five. The size was more then enough, and it was well stocked with everything we could have needed. It was clean and felt like home. Property management was great. We had a small issue with a slow draining shower up stairs, I called in the morning when we left to play, and by the time we returned the work was complete. This was the perfect place for us to get away from it all and enjoy life. The view, perfect! The private beach access, perfect! The house, perfect!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a lovely home, but the dishwasher was broken. With 12 people, 3 meals a day for a week, it was a lot of dishes to hand wash. The first 3 days we didn't even have a dish drain or sink plug so we were washing in the biggest bowl we would find. This was our 3rd year at this home, it does fit our family well.

Beach Time! was a hit

The home was in perfect condition except for the dishwasher that was out of order. It was generously appointed and we lacked for nothing, except for a sink stopper to do the dishes. We highly rated this property for its amenities and great location.
