With light-filled, open-plan living and generous outdoor areas to spread out and entertain, this newly renovated, two storey retreat is ideal for a carefree family getaway while being just moments from the stunning beaches and attractions of the renowned Surf Coast.
Guests can enjoy laidback coastal living in the bright and sunny lounge area where floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to pour in and creating a relaxing indoor-outdoor connection.
Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to cook up a feast, including a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, kettle and toaster, plus other essentials such as pots, pans, crockery and utensils. Dine at the four-seater table or head out to the expansive deck, where a BBQ and lounge setting provides a tranquil spot.
Summer or winter is the perfect place to enjoy the best the region has to offer. You couldn't ask for a better spot on Victoria's Surf Coast for your own beachside holiday.

CHECKOUT Strictly 10am unless otherwise arranged.
VISITORS No visitors permitted unless by prior arrangement. Parties could result in criminal charges. Unbooked overnight guests will result in cancellation of the booking and immediate eviction.
PARKING Park in the driveway or on the street.
BBQ While we endeavour to keep the gas bottle filled if you find it empty it can be exchanged at nearby service stations. Please leave the BBQ clean otherwise you will be charged a $50 fee.
SPA Unfortunately the outdoor spa is not available for guest use. Use the indoor one though!
PETS Clean up after your animals otherwise a $50 cleaning fee applies. Aboslutely no animals on furniture or in bedrooms.
DISHWASHING Please do your dishes before checkout.
LINEN The linen is supplied by a professional laundry service. Please do not, under ANY circumstances wash our sheets or towels.
SMOKING Outside only. Use ashtrays provided.
HEATING/COOLING Make sure all heating/cooling/lighting is switched off when you leave the house. The split systems on the wall are for both heating and cooling.
WASHING Use cold, short settings where possible.
WASTE Please take out rubbish. Recyclables only in yellow-lid bin, no soft plastic, glass in purple bin, general waste in smaller bin.
PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE COCKATOOS
They will regularly sit around the back deck but they destroy the windows and deck if we feed them.
ISSUES Let us know if you have any maintenance concerns. The sooner we know about problems the sooner we can fix them. Often guests only report issues in reviews and we don't see them for two weeks. We thrive on feedback so please help us help keep this property in top condition.
