I did two survey previously regarding this accommodation but looks like nothing works.Check in was really hassle to pick up key from other place and drop back.
Before I booked in I have called the agent and double check about parking spot in the building.But unfortunately both time agent told me I got one under ground car spot.After this information I booked the rent a car .But as soon as I came to Melbourne ,agent denied and told me it’s a mistake from their ends.So I end up parking Wilson car park day and night.
And car park was not near by too so end of the night every time I had to drop three young kids and park the the wilson park and walk back to apartment.Also no internet in that apartment.When I contacted the agent he replies WiFi password some where underneath the modem but agent doesn’t know where.So end up with three little ones for 5 night stay without any internet and TV at the apartment and after my first conversation regarding parking spot agent never ever answer Phn call Friday-Wednesday even business hrs before 5pm.
I have spoken to the security in that building they also confirmed same other incidents with other tenants previously that agent promised to give parking spot before the booking but actually they don’t have any parking spot available.Other tenants previously also complained to the receiption.
I should get compensation because I had to pay lot of extra just for parking day∋ght and No internet at the apartment provided even it was listed befor
