Absolutely the best spot to be!

We were literally walking distance to the most amazing breakfast lunch and dinner with restaurants. Quiet and secure location. Parking is right outside. Bed was soft and comfortable. Bathroom was Kind of small. Would stay again. 😀 . tif

Great Location

The location is absolutely amazing. Close to everything in the French quarter. The reason we gave it three stars is because the air conditioner did not work very well. It barely kept upbarely worked

French Quarter stay

Weak water pressure. AC seemed to kinda work. Had it set to 68 but it never went below 70 and several moment where it was 77 in the unit. Seems like there is a temp control setting as their is massive unit plugin in that has a $500 fine if pulled out. Still a clean and easy space.

A nice little room.

The room was mostly as described. The most frustrating thing about it was that the AC was out and they obviously knew about it when I booked the room 2 days before because I received a text the day after say they would need access to the room to work on the AC. No disclosure or explanation given. I also had to go to them to request additional fans for the room.

Floor cleanliness

Sticky floor throughout unit. Did not want to walk, barefoot. Old food or rice was in the small trashcan when I removed the bag to throw it. Saw two cockroaches during our stay and could not sleep that night because I am terrified of cockroaches! Also, the air conditioner unit was dripping condensation on the floor. Thermostat had a message to Change filter and took a long time to get cool. The coolest it got was 74°.
