FIRST FLOOR - KITCHEN/DINING, HALF BATHROOM & BEDROOM
A spacious open-concept Living space: An inviting space adorned with tasteful décor, providing comfort and relaxation for gatherings or leisure time. A cozy retreat for unwinding and bonding with loved ones and offering comfortable seating arrangements for the whole family.

KITCHEN
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped culinary haven. It has all the gadgets, dishes, and utensils you expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding electric cooktop, a range stainless steel microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up. Relax at the eat-in kitchen's high table. Have a snack or a cocktail before heading out to explore the city!

DINING ROOM

A wall-mounted smart TV is placed in each bedroom, and whether you're winding down with a favorite show or catching up on the news, enjoy your cozy entertainment! The immense primary bedroom is a true sanctuary with a private deck. And an ensuite featuring a modern double vanity and a tub/shower combo.

LAUNDRY
Regarding practicalities, this lovely home offers a set of washers and dryers conveniently located on the 2nd floor, tucked away in the hallway closet.

Step out the back French doors onto your private patio to soak in St. Louis's beautiful weather, or let the little ones run around the backyard. A carport private parking for two vehicles is ready for your use, and free street parking is available in front of the home.

The Neighborhood:
The house is set in beautiful South Grand, a neighborhood boasting vibrant cafes and restaurants, as well as a comic bookstore, antique shops, and clothing boutiques, and just blocks away is Tower Grove Park offering a Farmers' Market and tennis courts.

South Grand has a flavor all its own where you can travel around the world with unique stores and eclectic shops to a huge array of ethnic restaurants covering more countries than Epcot with Turkish kebabs, Vietnamese pho, Ethiopian injera, and Thai papaya salad – just to name a few. In addition to offering a veritable trip around the globe, the neighborhood also boasts some of the city's best vegan and vegetarian restaurants, including barbecue jackfruit tacos and New York-style slices made with cashew cheese.

Explore Tower Grove Park, an elegant 19th-century Victorian walking park that features pavilions, statues, fountains, and mock classical “ruins.” The neighborhood’s Missouri Botanical Garden welcomes visitors to one of the top three botanical gardens in the world. Renowned for its beautiful landscaping and, of course, flowers with a Japanese Garden, a Climatron geodesic dome, a whimsical Children’s Garden, and a garden dedicated to George Washington Carver.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro Link light rail system to access many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a “Trust & Safety Fee" or “Management Fee".

NIGHTLY PRICING
We aim to provide each guest with a beautiful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The ABODEbucks team has completed the "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

HOUSE RULES
✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
