Our freshly renovated 3-bedroom beach house showcasing its original classic features is positioned to allow you to explore the coastal vibrancy of the area. Spend your days exploring the nearby pristine beaches, delightful bays, scenic parks, charming cafes, and the picturesque Avalon village, all within an easy flat 10-minute walk.

As you enter the home you are welcomed by a beautiful deep entertaining deck. The main area of the home presents an inviting open-plan layout, seamlessly integrating a modern kitchen, a comfortable living space, and an indoor dining area. The living room which captures the northern light showcases exposed beam ceilings and timber floors and is complimented by an open wood fireplace adding warmth and character to the room.

Immerse yourself in the stylish elegance of Bungalow 127, with each room tastefully furnished to ensure a restful stay. The main bedroom features a beautiful king bed, while the remaining rooms offer a queen and two single beds, all with built ins and fans. Two newly renovated bathrooms, a full laundry, unlimited Wifi and air-conditioning in the living area makes this an excellent arrangement for families or groups of friends.

With the beautiful leafy gardens surrounding the property, the children can play freely whilst you unwind and relax on the entertaining deck. Here you can spend lazy afternoons indulging in an alfresco dining experience grilling your favourite meals on the barbecue, whilst soaking in the harmonious melodies of local bird life.

Guest Registration / ID Check : Beach Stays requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests.

Check-in is made super easy with Beach Stays - we will provide access codes via text and email just prior to our standard arrival time.
