Welcome to “Le Shack,” a beautiful wheelchair accessible holiday rental located in Sanctuary Point NSW, where comfort and ease come together. This charming pet-friendly retreat accommodates up to six guests, has front and rear wheelchair access ramps, perfect for a fun-filled family holiday, a private tranquil getaway or an adventurous friends' trip.

With its three cozy bedrooms, Le Shack ensures a comfortable stay for all guests. Snuggle down in our cloud-like beds wrapped in high-quality linen. With two spacious bathrooms equipped with essential toiletries will make your stay far more comfortable. And with four dedicated parking spaces, a lock-up garage with high clearance to store your boat, our space caters for everyone without any hassle.

The house has glimpses of basin water views from property frontage and is loaded with amenities designed to make you feel at home. Stay cool with air-con, enjoy meals on the BBQ and outdoor dining table are perfect for a Sunday sizzle to enjoy the sea air. Explore the area on provided bikes and a short walk to enjoy a picnic by beautiful Palm Beach taking in the bay views, may even get to meet the local kangaroos. Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and an abundance of pantry items. For our little guests, we offer children's dinnerware, books and toys.

You won't get bored with a wide array of entertainment options, from board games and books to enjoy movie nights on the Smart TV with Netflix. - Courtesy buses available from St George basin bowling club, Huskisson RSL club, Huskisson Pub tavern, Vincentia Golf club
- Palm Beach has wheelchair access with path leading to water
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Le Shack is located in a quiet, leafy street in Sanctuary Point. There are water glimpses from the front of the property of beautiful Palm Beach.

Le Shack features a large double drive through lock up garage which has high clearance for a large boat. The property also has front and rear wheelchair access ramps and a secure back fence. There is a barbecue area and pets will love the large enclosed backyard.

The house has an open plan kitchen and living area which includes a reverse cycle air conditioner.

The main bathroom features a spa bath, and a washer and dryer.
