PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Sapphire Vista Three-bedroom condo, your beachside haven! It is fully furnished to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of a large family or traveling group. Enjoy the stunning views of the beach and resort pool from the living room and L-shaped balcony, which has multiple outdoor seating options and a BBQ grill. The spacious living room has a 3-seat sofa bed (queen-size), 2 armchairs, a large TV, an 8-seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with 4 barstools.

The spacious primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and an en suite bathroom. The primary en suite has a tub, glass-enclosed shower, 2 vanity areas, and a separate enclosed toilet room. The primary bedroom also has access to the L-shaped balcony with partial ocean views from inside the room.

The second bedroom has a double-size bed (which will be replaced by a queen-size bed in August 2024), a TV, built-in closets, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin-size beds, a TV, and built-in closets. The third bathroom with shower is in the hallway opposite the third bedroom.

This condo rental has 1,900 sq. ft. of living space. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the condo, free parking space, central air conditioning, 4 cable TVs (every bedroom and living room), beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. It can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 beds and 1 sofa bed. This unit is in the Arashi building on the second floor, at the right corner.
