When it’s time to rest, you’ll find 5 stylish and comfortable bedrooms. Four are master suites with plush king beds and the fifth room is a spacious bunk-bed room with 4 full/double-size beds. All rooms have an ensuite private bathroom. Plus, there’s a half bathroom in the home for added convenience.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the villa and its grand amenities. You’ll also enjoy access to Fundadores Beach Club for $200 USD/week. They have a restaurant, exclusive events, fitness center, a spa, and more.

The Neighborhood:
Inside the exclusive Puerto Los Cabos residential community with tranquil and luxurious surroundings and stunning views and a short drive from two championship golf courses, a world-class Marina, fine dining and shopping. Getting Around:
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Check your mobile map apps when you arrive for an accurate driving time, as it varies depending on the time of day. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a golf cart or rental car is recommended for convenience. There’s parking for 4 vehicles at the property. We also offer a private transportation option for an additional fee. Please let us know.

Currently, there is ongoing construction in the adjacent lots of the Villa, which may result in noise and disturbances intermittently during the day. We do not have precise information regarding the completion date of the construction. The construction operates on a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Should you have any inquiries, please feel free to contact us.

- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests need to be able to climb stairs at the villa.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- If external providers are hired, guest will be responsible for any damaged or missing items at the property.

Interaction with Guests:
When you arrive, the doorman will let you into the building. The property is accessed using a door code. Any codes and access information will be sent to you before your arrival.
