The Space:

Generously accommodating up to 6 guests across three bedrooms (outfitted with one king bed, and two queen) and two bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and keep up with their daily routines. The Master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite with a large corner spa for the ultimate relaxing stay. The enormous open plan dining and living area is full of natural light, leads out to the covered wrap around deck. Rich in character, coziness and comfort, this is the perfect location to relax and unwind. Getting Around:
For an easy and enjoyable stay you need a car. While there are some local buses to fully explore the area a car is necessary.

Safety: Please note that the rear of the property is unfenced and backs directly onto the water, children must be supervised at all times There is also an elevated verandah.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
