Modern and cozy 1 bedroom suite nestled against the mountains with views of the ski hills. The Suite is located in a private and quiet neighbourhood. There is an outside covered sitting area in which to enjoy the views of the mountains while sipping on a bevy.Fully furnished and self contained with a private entrance and only a 6 minute walk to the village. Perfect for a vacation, to enjoy biking/hiking/golfing in the summer and skiing during the winter. Just steps away to enjoy a stroll or ride along the Valley Trail. There are also tennis/pickleball courts available, first come near P5. Secure Storage for bikes. Only 45 minutes from Kamloops allowing you to explore wineries, golfing and other amenities. Non Smoking of any kind and no pets.

Hello!We are a professional couple who have been immersed in the Sun Peaks community for over 4 years but have been coming to the resort for the past 20 years! We fell in love with its serenity and beauty while finally moving here permanently. Jack's secondary job is with the ski school during the winter and can be found out dirt biking/down hill riding in the remainder of the season. Wendy works for Meranti Developments, a local Executive Home Builder and Developer here in Sun Peaks. We both love the peace and tranquility that the Resort offers, with trails in our back yard and only a 6 minute walk to the village! We hope you enjoy our hidden gem as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love the serenity and peaceful area. Surrounded by trees you might occasionally see the odd bear or deer while the song birds sing sweetly. The proximity to the village is a short 6 minute walk or bike ride the Valley Trail. Perhaps just enjoy the privacy of the covered deck while sipping a bevy. We are located on the Morrissey Mtn Side. In the winter season we are ski in. There is a bus stop just a couple houses up from ours that will take you into the village during the ski season.
