Great family skiing.
Moose Run Drive is an ideal family location for your next skiing holiday. The house is ideally located a short walking distance from the lift run and village bus stop loop. The house is large enough to accommodate a large family or group. The bedrooms are generous and well appointed with comfortable beds and good storage. Laundry facilities on both levels of the house made it easy for all. The kitchen could do with some more utensils, and more seating in the lounge area. I would be happy to stay again at Moose Run. Be quick to grab the enormous master bedroom. I will have many happy memories of Whitefish.

Gorgeous mountain retreat
The home was beautiful and the location perfect. Would be so magical to come back in the winter months. Nice corner unit with plenty of space for our group of 10. Short drive to downtown Whitefish and about 45 minutes to Glacier National Park’s West entrance. One thing to note is the room with the queen size bunk beds is actually a space outside all of the other bedrooms so you don’t have privacy but it ended up being ok for our group. Use the provided fans for white noise. :) One bathroom had three sinks which were separate from the shower so it made it so the 8 of us could all easily get ready in the morning. Definitely recommend staying here!

Family adventure
Our whole family (16 of us ) had a great weekend away in this location! Beautiful surroundings and a comfortable space to stay. The only minor issue was that extra parking was not super easy to find/confirm. It all worked out in the end. Would definitely recommend this spot for a big group.

Great location on the mountain and close to the resort
We had a great family gathering at this property. The space was comfortable for all ages and a close walk to the resort for the fun mountain activities. There was plenty of room in the garage for all our bikes and water sport gear. The communication from the property management group was a bit strong but I know it must be hard to get through to some renters so not a big deal. I would recommend this property for your next vacation to whitefish anytime!

Great Home
Home was “as advertised”. Very nice, updated and clean. All the amenities you need! (And the Hot Tub was a great “plus” for the kids at the end of each day). Be advised that location is “Whitefish Mountain”, NOT the town of Whitefish! (If that makes a difference to you! The home is a 15-20 min drive from the town of Whitefish). Only complaint would be the lack of Hot Water. (Supply of hot water does not last very long for a large family/group! We got 3.5 “baths” done for our group of 11 people before the remainders were taking cold showers!).

Pretty good ski house
I rented this place with a group of friends for a long weekend of skiing at Whitefish. We were happy with the place overall but there were some small things that could have been better. I know it's petty, but for the price I would've hoped that there would have been a ski boot dryer of some kind. They were also quite parsimonious with things like dishwasher tabs, paper towels and toilet paper. These were all minor issues and it was still a good place to stay, but not the best ski house I've ever rented.

Beautiful home in a great location!
Our annual ski group rented 3 homes from Whitefish Escapes and we were extremely happy with the houses and the service. All who attended commented that these were the best houses we have ever had on our trip and this was our 22nd year!

Great location for Whitefish / Glacier adventures
Nice modern property with a good amount of space for sleeping and great location. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Only common area for hanging out is main level so keep in mind for a large group. Communication / responsiveness of property managers spotty and only real downside.

Whitefish house
Great location and house for a summer family gathering. The sleeping arrangements were ideal for adults and children. Enjoyed the outside deck space and bbq. A couple of minor annoyances, ie: no tissues in bathrooms, dirty dishes in dishwasher upon arrival with no dishwasher detergent, bar soap etc of previous guests left in shower.

Summit House
The property is very nice and in good location. Dog friendly too. Hot tub is great. Heater had no tank. Would have been nice for colder nights. Limited hot water for showers for 11 people. Alarm kept going off during stay for water pressure. Overall would recommend.

Great large cabin
Loved this property and we have stayed in many on the mountain. We were a large family group and we had enough beds and entertainment space. The whole mountain lost power for an afternoon and we were able to find candles and cook on the provided BBQ. The kitchen could have a couple more cooking utensils (eg, cheese grater) but for the most part we found everything we needed and loved having a crock pot. We will be back next year.

The home was perfect for our family! The accommodations couldn't have been better, and won the praise of the whole family! Kody was so accommodating, and ready to help at any time. The week was certainly a winner for our family! Thanks!

All I can say is . . . wow
This was an amazing house, the old pictures did not do the house justice. The house has been completely updated. New furniture in every room . . . kitchen has all new utensils and appliances . . . I had to take the tags off a new Nespresso Machine. The property manager is incredible, answered our questions immediately, and getting into the property was seamless with electronic locks. I would have liked some smaller pieces of wood for the fire place, but overall I could not ask for a better weekend get away. It is a short walk to "Home Again Run" . . . but make sure to make a right out of the house and walk to the run vs. trying to hike up through the woods. It probably takes about 3-5 minutes to walk to the overpass, after which is a 30 second ski down to the chairs. The hot tub is perfect, and always on, and there is a brand new grill on the deck which is great for grilling steaks, burgers, or anything else. I would highly recommend this house, so much so I wished I owned the place :)

Ski vacation
Three families shared the unit. Very spacious. Describes itself as ski-in/ski-out. Not exactly. They conveniently forgot to mention the hiking in both directions - that was unimpressive considering we booked it for that reason. Good kitchen amenities, lots of room to cook, eat and get organized, especially with kids. Nice hot tub, plenty of bathrooms. Would have appreciated the main floor entertainment area having a connection to televisions networks.

Can't wait to stay again
This property is located in such a great spot! We were so close to where the Zip lines and alpine slide were! Our family really enjoyed the house! Was pleasantly surprised to find it had 2 laundry rooms! We couldn't resist using the hot tub even though it was Summer! The view off that back deck where the spa is was just beautiful! Management was amazing! They really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay! Teresa was so great!

Not well stocked...
This house has great potential, but you can tell it is just an investment property with bare bones. You are expected to bring garbage bags, TP, dish soap, etc., as they will tell you after you book. We were there 5 days and were given 2 garbage bags and one extra roll of TP. Not to mention the only glasses to drink from were jar mugs. Cooking is not happening either, since the few pans available are peeling nonstick ones that I feared. No lamps in the bedrooms for reading, no blinds to keep out the scorching sun during the day (no A/C). After all the fees and taxes were added, it was way more than I expected per night. The area is great, but I'm going to seek something better stocked for the price point.

Beautiful mountain home with great views.
Our family had a lovely vacation in Whitefish. This house is conveniently located for activities in Whitefish and for Glacier National Park. Our favorite spot in the house was on the deck. We enjoyed grilling and playing family games. The evening sunset was beautiful. Great hot tub.

Lesson Learned
The house (really a duplex) itself was finished out very nicely, but furnishings were really lacking-bedroom furniture minimal and really beat up; sheets and towels low quality; small amount of mixed up dishes and beat up pans. And all though a microwave is listed in appliances, I could not find one. The lesson I learned was dig a little deeper when looking for something on VRBO/Home Away. 1) This house had no AC. We arrived at 1AM to an 85 degree master bedroom! So, it may be good for a ski vacation, but not so good in the summer. (the management company did try to remedy with a portable AC and fans) 2) If using as a base for Glacier National Park, you have a 50 minute minimum drive to the park. 3) House is a 3 level duplex. May not effect everyone, but would be good to know. 4) House located near an RV lot and has a view of a parking lot being built. Now I will use Google maps if address available.

Amazing Skiing Rental!
My wife and I decided to try skiing in Whitefish this year and boy did we have a blast! The house was beautiful and couldn't have been in a better place. It was so nice being able get up in the morning, get ready at our leisure and not have to worry about getting there early enough to find a parking spot because we could SKI to the slope!! And to top it off the management were so nice and took great care of us during our stay. Beautiful property at an unbeatable price, will definitely be back next ski season!
