The Space:

The welcoming space will have a sofa bed (sleep 1) where you and your company can unwind while watching your favorite movie on the flat-screen 55” TV that is set on the pearl white TV console. This space is made bright and vibrant by the natural light that enters through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The soft carpet, unique coffee table, contemporary accent chair, wooden console, and distinctive pendant light complete this pleasant area.
Adjacent to it is the dining area, which has a rectangular shape with a white top, paired with five upholstered dining chairs to enjoy each other's company. You may use this space as a kitchen countertop too! In case you fancy cooking more than eating outside, the open-style kitchen has got it all. You can find ease in cooking as the kitchen is fully functional and equipped with all the modern appliances and necessities. Whip up the food in this area that is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, cutlery, and cookware.

Getting Around:
A covered private parking is available and it would be highly preferable if you have your own ride. Nonetheless, Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
Situated between the two major thoroughfares of Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and next to Al Barsha area and opposite Al Quoz. Mall of Emirates Metro Station is the closest as of now, but two metro lines are planned to open near the district soon.

Getting in a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.
A free shuttle bus service from within Dubai Hills Estate to Dubai Hills Mall is available. The shuttle bus can be identified by the sign ‘Dubai Hills Mall Shuttle Bus Service’.
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
