Welcome to Bluegrass in the Mountains, a luxury 3 bedroom townhouse in the heart of Stowe Village.

Enjoy the season.. and stay in this home with in a great village location. 3 bedroom, 3.5

The townhouse is on Depot Street, behind the Green Mountain Inn. The house 3,200 square foot, 3 bedroom home that sleeps 8 to 10. It has been carefully decorated with a combination of antique and contemporary furnishings and lots of art from Vermont and Kentucky artists.

The townhouse has two king suites on the top floor, a 1000 square foot living area on the main floor and a 1000 square foot master suite at street level.

The Master King suite has a large living area, a walk-in closet, private bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
The Second King suite on the top floor has a private bath and a large closet.

The huge bedroom suite at street level has a king bed and two twin beds. This bedroom also has a living area. Furnished with mix of modern and traditional furnishings. This level opens onto a small yard facing Depot Street. A full bath and a separate laundry room are on this level.

The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large dining table that seats 8, a full size living room, with smart TV, with cable. The main living area also features a half bath. There is pullout sofa on this floor.

The entire home is designed to make it's guests comfortable and to provide a unique 'Stowe Vermont', feel and relaxing atmosphere to rest during your visit.

You will find paintings by vermont artists 'Walton Blodgett' and 'Kathryn Monstreem'. Throughout the Main living area are floor and table lamps by the Vermont lamp company Hubbardton Forge. A custom bed, hand made by Doug Clarner, a vermont artist, is in the second bedroom on the top floor.

There are not enough synonyms for fantastic in the dictionary to describe or attest to how wonderful this property is. The townhouse is not a vacation condo, it is a home that the Clare's let you visit and share with them. The house space and configuration allow families to spend great time together but then also allows for time alone even with large groups of people. Waking up in the master suite and turning on the fireplace and opening the curtains to a vista of snow covered beauty was more than I could have asked for. Every convenience has been provided. My family and I will be back

Beautiful, centrally located property

I stayed with my family here for the solar eclipse weekend. The condo is beautiful! Very spacious with plenty of common room space to enjoy family time. Beautifully decorated and centrally located. It is only a few minute walk to downtown.

third time at Bluegrass in the Mountains. as our grandchildren get a little older (now 7 and 5) we have even more fun . ideal setup for three couples and two grandchildren. see you next year!

Beautiful townhouse, excellent location!

We spent 4 nights here to ski at Stowe Mountain. The townhouse is conveniently located in town near shops and restaurants as well as a shuttle that takes you directly to the mountain. The house itself is beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. We will definitely return!

Ski trip

We loved this townhouse in Stowe! The pictures don’t do justice to how big it is. The location is perfect for walking around town and it’s about a 15 min drive to ski at Stowe Mtn. Only minor issue was that the WiFi was slow.

Great location

Roomy townhome right in the town of Stowe. We were able to walk everywhere and Stowe is close to many lovely small towns. The master suite is huge with its own fireplace.

As Good As Advertised

We appreciated the 3 separate bedroom suites. Very private for each couple. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Pleasant drive to Hill Farmstead Brewery. Bikes were a nice bonus. Very responsive owner!

Fantastic Townhouse

This was one of those times where the pictures didn't do justice to the actual home. The rooms are spacious and the ceilings are tall. Everything we needed was provided by the gracious hosts. I highly recommend this home.

10/10 for 2 Family Stay

We rented this lovely, spacious home along with another family for two separate weekends in the month of January. Susan (the homeowner) was exceptionally helpful in reaching out in advance to be sure we were prepared, and even offered to try to help us track down dinner reservations when other options were unavailable. Everyone involved in our group commented that we couldn't have found better accommodations or location! Two king suites on the second floor gave separation for the adults and children (ages 6-10), who were all able to comfortably share beds and space on the bottom floor with their own bathroom and play space. This is a no-brainer stay for our family and we plan to continue renting from Susan for future seasons.

3 king beds en-suite!

Just perfect for our group of taller individuals. Having the 3 king beds and all en-suite was amazing! The kitchen had everything anyone could need. The dining table was large enough for all to sit around. Appreciated the multiple tv’s as well. Additionally, the bikes were awesome and we were so happy to have the use of them. They are in great shape and the tires were pumped and sturdy. It was nice to be able to leave the rental and walk to multiple places and not have to drive everywhere. Overall, worked nicely for our group of 6.

Beautiful Stowe

The location was perfect for exploring the town. The space was huge with plenty of room for 6 adults. It was also beautifully decorated. We stayed in the first night and just enjoyed the space. We would definitely recommend it.

Stowe in Summer

Stowe is one of our favorite places to visit, and this condo in the heart of Stowe Village did not disappoint. A short walk to the best cafes and restaurants, right around the corner from Stowe's public bike path, and close the conveniences of a nearby grocery, gas station, etc. The unit itself was spacious and very well maintained. Great hosts. We will be back!
