This apartment will certainly put you at ease, with the cosy sitting spots throughout the home. In the living room, kick back on the leather lounge or two armchairs with a good read from the extensive home book collection. Enjoy a movie on the HD TV or some relaxing tunes on the home stereo system. The living area seamlessly connects with the dining table, where a chic mid-century style wooden table comfortably seats four guests.

Enjoy your meal under the cool air-conditioning or central heating during winter months. The kitchen will easily provide everything you need to whip up your favourite dishes. With ample bench space, a four-burner stove top, rangehood, oven and dishwasher. Soak up some rays of sunshine and fresh air in the shared outdoor spaces, where a balcony and patio have leafy outlooks and four garden chairs.

Relish in some quiet time and retreat to the bedroom for a restorative rest. The primary bedroom enjoys a queen-sized bed with generous clothes storage space in the wooden wardrobe and chest of drawers. The decor is warm and calming, including a large lantern light, a decorative rug and dome-shaped gold side lamps. The second bedroom has a cosy double bed and an extensive book collection to enjoy in bed. There is a large sunny window with blackout shades for an uninterrupted sleep-in. Unwind in the bathroom with a soothing warm bath or rinse.

The bathroom has the convenience of a washing and drying machine, so you can feel fresh and at home for longer stays.

**Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.

All linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Please note that access to the unit requires climbing stairs, which may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.
