Welcome to Morpeth Manor, a charming, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, historic Craftsman home with original features. It’s location, close to the beach and downtown, is ideal for families looking for a central location in Southampton. This cottage sleeps up to 6 adults and four children.

The front living area has a large tv with cable and the second, separated from the first with pocket doors, gives you space to relax with a book or visit with your family & friends. The dining room table seats six comfortably and the eat-in kitchen table seats another four. The powder room on the main floor is tucked under the stairs.

The large kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals including dishwasher or enjoy meals at some of the restaurants in Saugeen Shores.

All of the bedrooms are located on the second story of this home. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds. Three bedrooms share the guest bath with tub/shower combo.

Enjoy the large fully fenced outdoor areas - patio, lush gardens, firepit, and koi pond.

Dogs considered with prior approval.

The home is climate controlled year round with portable air conditioners in the summer and forced air furnace augmented with a gas fireplace and baseboard heat.
