The lower level is fully renovated with a spacious rec room, 3 piece washroom with walk in shower, laundry room and 2 more bedrooms.
The property has good space for outdoor living on a private corner lot. Front deck & side deck both have lovely morning light. Side deck is sunny all day long and is located right off the kitchen with the BBQ for easy grilling. Located right at the Woodland Trail trailhead, two blocks to South Street Beach, Waterfront Trail, or the Southampton Tennis Club’s Warder Courts, this cottage is in a great location!
