This beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, situated on the 3rd floor, offers a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and beautiful sunsets from the private patio, and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Unit #533 Accommodations:

The master bedroom boasts a refreshing coastal ambience, featuring a comfortable king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a recently upgraded ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy.

The 2nd bedroom offers a serene escape with its soothing blue décor, flat-screen TV, and bunk bed arrangement (double on the bottom and a single on the top), perfect for accommodating families or additional guests.  There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Fully Equipped:

The villa is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a full kitchen with updated appliances, open-concept living and dining space, and comfortable bedrooms with flat-screen TVs.  Guests can enjoy various entertainment options, such as board games, Netflix, and Amazon Prime movies on the smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and screen-sharing for video games.

Inclusions:

The unit also provides several conveniences to enhance the vacation experience, such as snorkelling equipment, bath and beach towels, toiletries, a washer and dryer, and more.

Explore a variety of dining options within walking distance, including Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers. If you're willing to travel farther, consider Pappagallo’s Restaurant, Macabuca, Tukka West, LUCA Restaurant, Ragazzi, Casa 43, Abacus Camana Bay, Casanova, and Sunset House.

Foster's supermarket is within walking distance and offers all the necessary food and supplies. Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

PLEASE NOTE: The southern end of 7 Mile Beach has been experiencing some migratory sand shifting and beach erosion. The properties south of 7 Mile Beach including the Marriott Beach Resort and Regal Beach Club, have been affected by this erosion at times during the year. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. There are times when there is a small beach and there are other times when there is no beach. There are a few steps that allow easy access to the Caribbean Sea. Please understand this is mother nature, which we have no control over.
