This very private well treed property takes guests down Muskoka granite stairs towards the natural fire pit area, 2 slip boathouse and oversize dock areas. The fire pit is conveniently located by the water’s edge offering ample seating. A perfect place for toasting marshmallows and staying warm on those cooler Muskoka evenings. An abundance of firewood is also just a stones throw away. The dock comes furnished with Muskoka chairs, lounge chairs and umbrella perfect for taking in the sun or diving into the deep, clear water surrounding the dock!

A true cottage feel, Rossarden interior features warm wood panelling and a large bright, spacious open concept living/dining area. The kitchen comes equipped with updated appliances, including dishwasher, washer/dryer as well as a kitchen island with stool seating for 2. The dining table is situated in the kitchen and offers 6-8 person seating for those comfy cottage meals. Additional table seating is located in the screened in Muskoka Room which is accessible from the kitchen area. Many hours will be spent dining and/or playing boardgames in this bug free airy outdoor living space. A large propane BBQ is easily accessible for grilling just outside of the kitchen area.

The cozy living room is furnished with 2 sofas surrounding a large screen tv as well as a large wood fireplace.
