About this space
Hello
Come and enjoy our gorgeous new 1 bedroom suite with high end finishes. Some of our amenities are 4 full sized appliances in the Kitchen and also full sized Washer and Dryer in Bathroom. Our suite is level entry with lots of parking. We are a husband and wife team who are both retired and have lived in Nanaimo and area for 20 years. We look forward to meeting new people and learning about their experiences. Our home is located in central Nanaimo close to malls, restaurants and ferries.
The space
The suite is open concept with a full kitchen including all new appliances stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and beautiful granite countertops. Snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace to watch the 48' T.V. or sit and read in one of our cozy armchairs. In the SPA LIKE bathroom relax in the deep soaker tub where you can also watch a 32" T.V. or just enjoy the quiet with a color changing electric fireplace. Also a 48' freestanding shower with glass enclosures and a vanity with quartz countertop and a backlit mirror. Hidden in the corner is a full size washer and dryer. The large bedroom includes a queen size bed with a comfortable mattress and soft duvet. There is also a 32' in T.V. in the bedroom and a large closet where you can find extra supplies. The suite is just under 800 sq. ft. of living space. Suite is suited to adults only. Sorry no pets allowed.
