Jacaranda Place is a boutique condo complex tucked in an incredible central Naples location 'West of 41' in the coveted Park Shore neighborhood. This three-bedroom, two bath unit has been stylishly remodeled and furnished with luxury and comfort in mind! The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms have queen size beds and share the second bathroom. Jacaranda has a lovely pool area and beach access is just 1.4 miles away at Horizon Beach Access. Starbucks is right outside your door for quick morning coffee runs and Fresh Market is across the street, also within easy walking distance. If you do choose to have a car, rental of the unit comes with 1 covered assigned parking space.
