Overlooking the living room, the kitchen creates an open and inviting space, perfect for entertaining. The adjacent living room beckons relaxation with its large flatscreen smart TV, surround sound speaker, and cozy wood-burning fireplace. Step outside onto the balcony, where you can unwind and soak in the breathtaking lake views.

Adjacent to the living room is the formal dining area, providing ample seating for up to 8 guests. With its own access to the balcony, this dining area offers the ideal setting for enjoying meals while overlooking the tranquil lake.

Descending to the lower level, you'll find the charming guest bedroom, featuring two bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. This cozy retreat boasts its own TV, private balcony with seasonal lake views, and a well-appointed bathroom complete with a spacious walk-in shower and dual sinks.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.

The property is located in hilly area but with beautiful views. Close to downtown Cashiers and the opposite way is Gorges State Park. Nice drive to Highlands too.Be aware that there are a lot of steps from the car to the condo and steep hills when walking up or down the road. There is a fabulous walking path around Fairfield Lake right at the bottom of the road. The weather was nice and cool and comfortable in the afternoon. If you're looking for a quiet get away this is your place. And the neighbors were very nice and friendly.
