The Space:

The living room is open and luminous, with comfortable seating and a large wall-mounted Smart TV to connect to your streaming accounts during relaxing downtime together. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors flank the space, which opens up to a lovely patio with cushioned seating, where you can start your day with a warm coffee or unwind with a drink while enjoying the gorgeous Florida weather.

Between outings, you’ll find a game room with an air hockey table and a foosball table to keep you entertained while hanging out at home.

The fully equipped kitchen has quality appliances and sandwich maker, airfryer, Minnie waffle maker and everything you need to prepare a wonderful home-cooked meal. Plus, there's a dishwasher for quick clean-ups, so you can get back to the fun! There’s also a washer and dryer for added convenience. The dining area is just next to the kitchen, so you don’t have to go far to serve and enjoy a sit-down meal. There’s a table for 6 plus extra seats at the breakfast bar, so you can enjoy meals together at home with lots of laughs and good conversation!

At the end of a fun-filled day, and it’s time to rest and recharge, there’s a king master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The full bath features a double vanity and a large soaking tub to relax all your sore muscles. The second bedroom is Mickey Mouse-themed, outfitted with full size bed, a single bed and a single pull out.

Both bedrooms have a wall-mounted Smart TV in Roku mode and room-darkening curtains, so you can sleep in a little later if you wish.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), which is about 30 miles away and is located inside the Championsgate Resort community. It’s always best to check your mobile phone map or traffic app for driving times, as they differ depending on the time of day.

When disposing of trash, be sure your garbage is always properly tied up in plastic bags. NO LOOSE TRASH will be picked up. If your bags are not properly secured or you dispose of loose trash, you’ll be charged a $300 fine.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- A BBQ grill is available for rent. Please let us know within 48 hours prior to arrival if you'd like to rent it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of condiments like cooking oil, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, etc., prior to check-in. If you plan to cook at home, you'll have to purchase what you need.
- A $250 fee will be charged for any visitor who stays overnight without prior permission
- A $100 fee will be charged for unauthorized late checkouts
- A $100 fee will be applied for any lost or damaged item.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s self-check-in using a door code. Full instructions will be provided to you before your arrival.
