This property offers plenty of living space with an open plan kitchen, dining area, lounge room and adjoining sunny front verandah to capture the views and smell of the sea breeze. Vinyl flooring and slate tiles throughout, ample parking even for a boat. Take a leisurely stroll to one of several beaches on offer, bring your bikes and ride along the bike path to the shops, cafes and restaurants of Vincentia or Huskisson or play a relaxed 9-holes at the local golf club.

There is so much to see and do in the beautiful Jervis Bay area: swimming, snorkeling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, whale/dolphin watch cruises and much more.
