Great pool deck and private suite.

My family and I had a brief 5-night stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Having a separate, private primary suite with kitchen was a nice bonus. The landscaping and pool deck area were fabulous.

Beautiful home, pool and landscaping!

This property is beautiful. The backyard landscaping made us feel like we were in paradise. The owners were promt in answering our text or emails. The only thing that I will say for information purposes anyone bringing an elderly parent who is limited in mobility (I had my mom on this trip) the beds are high but very comfortable and my son was more than happy to take the king size bed. We made it work with the bunk bed room so it was totally fine. I would definitely want to stay here again the next time I am in Florida!

Comfortable for Family

We loved the outdoor living area. Spent most of our time outside. The house is clean, close to a grocery store, and easy access to anything else in the Palm Beach area. Would recommend staying here!

Unique but great layout for older kids/friends! Kitchen has to have everything one would ever want - we are not big chefs ; absolutely stunning ‘lifestyle’ backyard that is the most exceptional I’ve quite frankly ever seen- treasure for sure that won’t disappoint!

Amazing spacious house with pool

House was amazing with beautiful backyard and pool. Beds could use some upgrading to softer beds but besides that it was a nice stay. Publix 5 minutes away and mall really close by. Quiet neighborhood

Wellington Oasis

We visited the area for WEF. A perfect property for a family, or a group of friends. The yard is lush and the pool is lovely. The home is full of light, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and cozy bedrooms. Laundry onsite is such a help following a day at the horse show. Wonderful stay!

Perfect for families (or just the two of you)!

I am so very thankful that I found this home to stay in the week our son got married ! I say "HOME" because that's the feeling created there. Great family vacation!!!

Our two sons, 3 years old and 8 months, and us had a great stay at Susan and Polly's residence: super clean, great well equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, nice pool, in calm neighborhood, nicely renovated. A beautiful piece of land with flowers, trees taken care of with a lot of love. Sue and Polly are amazing hosts and are very discreet. We had a great time and we will be there again in August! Great vacation!

First trip to Wellington

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely home! It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We came to Wellington to attend the Winter Equestrian Festival, and this home is only three miles from the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center, so it was very convenient! There are plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores close by also! Susan was wonderful to work with and always very responsive whenever we had any questions.

Polly is a Regional EHS manager at ADT and teaches part-time at Drexel University. Sue is an attorney and an adjunct professor in the College of Professional Studies at Villanova University.

We both enjoy spending time with our children, renovating homes, traveling, reading, and antiquing. Polly is especially handy, and Sue loves to garden and decorate.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the yard and the village of Wellington. The back yard was unlike any other we had seen in Wellington, and we really liked the layout of the home. We are close to everything Wellington has to offer including WEF, the polo grounds, golf courses, fantastic restaurants, great attractions, a shopping mall, and many stores. Our home is very conveniently located to many of south Florida's finest beaches including Palm Beach, Lake Worth and Delray.

What makes this property unique

This is our 2nd home when we are not renting. We have everything needed or desired to make this a perfect rental home - Smart HDTVs in each bedroom & living room - all with cable. The kitchen has all you need to cook and serve fantastic meals, a wide variety of small electrics, dinner service for 12, assorted stemware, and a beautiful large patio, pool & a great yard for the kids!
