Welcome to our lovely 2-bedroom mid-century California bungalow in Perth, WA!
This spacious, comfortable property is perfect for a small family, couple, or group of friends.
There are 2 expansive bedrooms, with premium king and queen beds and linen, and clothes storage. The King in bedroom 2 can be configured for 2 Singles - just ask!
Try the Maylands Bakery for awesome pies. Soak up the tranquillity and natural wonder of the Baigup Wetlands or enjoy a coffee at the Oarhouse in Garratt Rd.
You will love the large eat-in kitchen with all the cooking equipment you need. The room faces east and is light and bright with French doors which open out onto a semi enclosed back porch.

Outside....
The front deck is enormous overlooked by a native garden and a gorgeous silver gum tree. You can enjoy outdoor dining and a brand new Weber BBQ in this space.

At the back there are two grassed areas. The whole property is completely fenced off.
