Nestled in a sheltered Alpine Basin, surrounded by State Forrest and National Park. This unique dwelling is a luxury bush retreat that offers absolute privacy and seclusion completely seld sufficient in water with a 5 star energy rating.

Located in NE Victoria in picturesque Stanley, travel the beautiful patchwork of apple, nut and berry orchards to reach this property.

Enjoy warm, charming and romantic atmosphere the architecture of this grand design offers.
The whole property includes 5 bedrooms with 4 queen beds and 1 double (also a foldout sofa bed as an extra). Two bathrooms, a well equip kitchen, large open plan living / dining room. Large fully enclosed deck surrounds the house (200 sq mts). There is a solar heated lap pool (seasonal) barbecue and outdoor gas heaters.

The property is situated between Beechworth and Myrtleford, only minutes the the famous Stanley Pub, adjacent to the Stanley Gorge. Only a short drive to historic Beechworth and only another short drive and your in the King Valley.

Beautiful Bald Hills House
Thank you for allowing us to share your stunning house Ian. We're all firm believers in sustainability and your off grid property is testament to what luxury can look like that is also environmentally friendly. Family Getaway
The property is very relaxing and you feel as though you’re isolated from the rest of the world. The house is very comfortable and the fireplace keeps the house warm. Ian is very welcoming and always available for any questions. A great place for families and friends.
