This is a beautifully renovated 1-bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms and very nice furnishings and local art throughout. In addition to the new King bed in the master bedroom, this unit has two very comfortable Twin Murphy beds in the living room area for additional guests. We were fortunate to have purchased this unit from the Stassinos family in Sept 2021 and also own another 1-bedroom unit in the same building (see listing 495358) in case an additional unit is needed.

This unit has a beautiful ocean view from the covered extra-large third-floor lanai and is just 100 yards from the Kamaole 3 beach; one of the best and most beautiful beaches in the world! There you will find great snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, and sunbathing. Building 10 is highly desirable and not only has beautiful views of the inner courtyard, fountains, and ocean, but is *the closest* building to the beautiful Kamaole 3 beach; it is just as close to the beach as it is to the pool!

We limit this 1-bedroom condo to a maximum of 2 adults and 2 kids. The condo is a spacious 818 sq. feet (76 sq. meters) not including the 166 sq. foot extra-large lanai. World-class surfing is also nearby. This unit is a short walk to several restaurants, bars, and small shops. It is located near the Shops of Wailea and exquisite island dining.
